What we do

Whether you are trying to get a head start on retirement planning or in the last stages of your final months of service, we take a client -focused approach with everyone we see. For federal employees, we offer a full benefits analysis which provides understanding of FEGLI (Federal Employee Group Life Insurance Program ), FERS and CSRS pension calculation and the TSP (Thrift Savings Plan). Along with this critical information we also discuss how Social Security ,  health benefits and Medicare work with an in-service Federal employee as well as retired employees. Although these benefits can be complex, each client will be provided with a customized plan that will offer a path for understanding and planning for retirement. 

We see federal employees who are new and want to understand all that is offered to them from their agency, employed with a few years of service to as much as 35+ years and retired employees. The common thread we see is that elements change as we get older: benefits change, increase in cost, etc. The question is, “What will I have when I retire?”.
